How Payment Work

- Receive an itemised invoice on WhatsApp with a secure checkout link.
- Pay online to confirm the booking.
- Get instant confirmation and meeting details once payment clears.
All prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed through our secure payment partner; we never store full card details.

Note for crypto: the invoice will include network details and the payment window. Network/miner fees are paid by the client.
Invoices & receipts
- Your WhatsApp invoice includes the booking time, model reference, duration, total amount, and payment method.
- The receipt is issued automatically after successful payment.
- The descriptor on your statement will reference Bunny Models (or our payment partner).
Refunds & Cancellations
We aim to be fair and fast. The principles below are written in plain English and mirror common best practices in our industry.
1) If the meeting doesn't happen
If a prepaid booking does not take place (for example, logistics failure or cancellation on our side), tell us within 24 hours of the scheduled time through your WhatsApp concierge chat. You can choose a full refund or rebook at no extra cost.
2) If the model is not as described
If you feel the model meaningfully differs from the profile (e.g., appearance not matching photos/description), notify the concierge immediately on arrival. If you end the meeting within the first 15 minutes, you may choose a full refund or an alternative model, subject to availability.
3) General dissatisfaction
Chemistry is personal. If you decide the match isn't right, please end the meeting within the first 15 minutes and message the concierge. We'll offer a full refund or a replacement. Continuing beyond the first 15 minutes is treated as acceptance and the booking becomes non-refundable.
4) Completed meetings
Once time has been spent together beyond the first 15 minutes, refunds aren't issued.
5) How to request a refund
- Message your concierge on WhatsApp with booking reference, date, and time.
- Include reason for the request and any details we should know.
Claims must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting time so we can review and resolve quickly.
6) Method of refund
- Cards (Visa/Mastercard/AmEx): refunded to the original card. Bank processing times may apply.
- Crypto (BTC/USDT): refunded in the same currency to a wallet you provide. We return the GBP-equivalent of the original payment at the time we process the refund, minus standard network fees.
7) Rescheduling
We're happy to help you reschedule when possible. Please contact the concierge as early as you can; changes are subject to model availability.
8) Chargebacks & misuse
If a chargeback is opened while we're actively resolving your request, our investigation will pause until the card provider decides. We reserve the right to decline future bookings in cases of policy abuse.
